Absolutely Top Shelf. Absolutely recommended. As luck would have it, my Chev Tahoe experienced a wheel bearing failure on my way to work for a night shift. I limped it into the shop first thing in the morning and explained that I had a 7 hour drive to Dallas for a Canadian Consulate General appointment to be issued an emergency passport so I could travel to see my dear little kiddos at Christmas as mine was destroyed in a structure fire. Guess what happened? They got right on it to fix it!! I got on the road later in the day to make the appointment. I guess they figured that if I could be up all night and then drive all day to try to make arrangements to see my kids, they could step up and accomodate to help out as well. Amazing. That kind of stuff just doesnt happen anymore. Except at Romays!
