I like how honest, and knowledgeable, the service writer was when I came in with a concerns about my transmission. The service was quick with great communication.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience at Romay’s Auto Shop!!!!! I’m a college student, and finding an auto shop that’s both honest and understanding of my budget can be tough, but Romay’s was incredible. They were very accommodating with what I could afford and explained everything clearly. When I dropped off my car, they even gave me a shuttle ride straight to campus, which really stood out to me. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for an auto shop that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond for you, I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for maintenance and repairs.

I called another local mechanic first and they couldn't help me but recommended Romay's instead and I was able to get the help I needed! I spoke to Mike on the phone and he was very kind and helpful, they were very fast and able to get me in immediately.

I took my vehicle to get it serviced due to another shop mistake which left my vehicle clunking extremely bad after being serviced at their shop. Then I took it to Romays shop the next day and the gentlemen at the first desk understood my issue and was able to get my vehicle in and get seen the same day and corrected the problem by the end of the same day. I’ve never been to Romays and I must say I was completely satisfied with the service I received there.!

The crew at Romay’s Auto were top notch. From the time I came by when the shop opened to me coming back to pick up my car at close Taylor and everyone I dealt with were very professional. They were kind enough to give me a ride to work and they kept me posted the whole day. Very transparent team and made sure I knew what was wrong with the car. Thanks to Romay’s Auto for fixing an existing issue that prevented future ones.
