During the road test being conducted post alignment by one of their technicians, one of the overflow coolant hose connectors miraculously failed and started leaking. The broken part ended up being a 90 degree tempered plastic part that costs less than $40(for the genuine replacement part). While they applied a temporary fix, they did refuse multiple times to make it right and replace the part at no cost(since this occurred while one of their technicians drove my vehicle). Then they quoted me $361 to replace a $40 part that takes less than 10 minutes to replace. Needless to say, go elsewhere for repairs/diagnostic work. Way overpriced and made all of their repair/maintenance recommendations sound as if I it needed fixed or replaced right now......Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Absolutely excellent service! I had a screw in my tire after work, and no other shop would make the time to help me out. I stopped by Romay’s, at the end of their work day, and they still made the time to help me out! I will definitely be returning should I need anything else! Top notch service!

I will say this, These guys are a bit pricey. But you get what you pay for- trust, & Grade A service at its finest. Haven’t met a mechanic shop with great knowledgeable staff and techs. Thank you for getting my vehicle back on the road.

It was amazing working with Mike at Romays! He is professional and very knowledgeable. He helped us through the quote process, dealing with our warranty, all while keeping us updated through the entire process. We were stressed out when we got to the shop but Mike made sure we left satisfied with everything.

This place is the best! They fixed my passenger side brake light and blinker which wasn't getting any power before. They also inspected everything else and let me know of future repairs I will need to have done. Everyone was friendly and welcoming,especially Mike. He is awesome, and explained to me everything i needed to know. Very fair and upfront with pricing & no hidden fees. I definitely recommend and will definitely be back!! Thank you Romay's!!
