I picked them to do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I ended up buying. They took all the mystery out of the experience and I was able to make the purchase with some peace of mind. This this was the first time I got a pre-purchase inspection from anyone. It was worth every penny. Especially since they took me to half-price books where I could kill some time then they came and picked me up in a couple of hours. That really blew my mind and I wasnt expecting it. I received pictures and a detailed report on what they found, what they recommend recommended replacing, and what was new. The guy at the front desk was super nice. Everyone there was cool. If anything does go wrong with this vehicle I know where Im taking it to get fixed if I cant do it myself. It was the best experiences Ive had at a mechanic shop. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Romays Auto Service, and a big reason was Arturo, the service advisor. Arturo was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about what my vehicle needed and what it didnt. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The service was completed in a timely manner, pricing was fair, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Its hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Arturo made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Romays Auto Service and definitely ask for Arturo if you want excellent customer service.

The young fella in the front was a sweet heart and he help me a lot. I will be back to get my oil change there and if I have any issues with my Audi. Being a woman it hard to trust people with your car and they made me feel I can trust them. Thank you guys

The experience was great, I don’t think I needed the complete diagnostic for an overheating problem, I was given pictures of my bodywork and cracked windows, Romay’s isn’t a body shop, I also noticed the printed receipt didn’t show the cost of my radiator and the labor was vague. Everything should be itemized better, it’s not clear what the costs were. The guys do a good job.

The service here was great, the workers were very professional when I went to take my car for a tune up.
