Taylor was helpful getting me in the shop after a failed alternator had left me stranded on the roadside. Coordination with the tow company was efficient and easy. I appreciated the courtesy ride back to my place while my truck was in the shop as well. The auto-maintenance software sent via a link to my phone that displayed the status of the various components of my vehicle was a much-appreciated bonus. Thank you for getting that alternator replaced, and I will be seeing you if anything else wears out on me!

They did a courtesy inspection for me. The report showed me pictures of everything that needed to done and they broke it down in areas of importance… they repaired my oil leak valve cover, did oil changed and wheel alignment for now. I have been impressed with their great customer service.

There is a $100 plus cost upfront for third party diagnostic - after that (even if you know what is wrong) that cost is not folded into repair afterwards Makes the costs expensive. The shop is honest friendly and good work

Mike was great. Really friendly. I absolutely love that I got a full report with pictures of everything including all my dents/dings. I went in for an oil leak which they found and explained. They broke down the process and needs simply for anyone to understand. They had my veh ready by the day they said as well. My compartment air filter had a crap ton of leaves and alot left in the compartment, which is my only complain cus now I have to listen to them until I go back to have the air filters replaced and my next budget for the tie tods n brake stuff. But I will be going back to get more work done. I truely appreciated the atmosphere while I was waiting for my pickup. They offered shuttle svc free of charge, but I had already made plans. They also have coupons you can apply immediately when you book your appt online. Price point seems fair as well.
