I brought a car to them from AutoNation. I was interested in buying. They did a pre-purchase inspection. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. They gave me a ride to Moore Plaza so I didn’t have to wait in their lobby. 3 1/2 hours later, they came and picked me up. They went over a detailed report with me. They took pictures and explained everything they found both good and bad. The master tech said he saw no reason not to purchase the vehicle. This took all the guest work out of the process for me and gave me peace of mind. It was well worth the money. I will never buy another car without getting a pre-purchase inspection from them first. If my car ever breaks and I can’t fix it myself, I will know where to take it now. I was very impressed with their professional and courteous service.

I picked them to do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I ended up buying. They took all the mystery out of the experience and I was able to make the purchase with some peace of mind. This this was the first time I got a pre-purchase inspection from anyone. It was worth every penny. Especially since they took me to half-price books where I could kill some time then they came and picked me up in a couple of hours. That really blew my mind and I wasnt expecting it. I received pictures and a detailed report on what they found, what they recommend recommended replacing, and what was new. The guy at the front desk was super nice. Everyone there was cool. If anything does go wrong with this vehicle I know where Im taking it to get fixed if I cant do it myself. It was the best experiences Ive had at a mechanic shop. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Romays Auto Service, and a big reason was Arturo, the service advisor. Arturo was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about what my vehicle needed and what it didnt. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The service was completed in a timely manner, pricing was fair, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Its hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Arturo made the whole experience stress-free. Romay's has solid service and Mike would always make sure I was updated regarding progress made on my cars issue (intermittent battery light). I had to go back to the shop a second time due to the issue reappearing. But they uncovered the real issue after they found out the dealership never informed me about a maintenance bulletin for the battery. Under their warranty I didn't have to pay any extra service costs which was appreciated. Problem has been fixed, Mike and the Romay team went above and beyond and did Subaru's job for them.
