I decided to use this shop several months ago because they advertise working on foreign vehicles, and I received a coupon in the mail. Not sure where to start with this review... it was a horrible experience. My car had a check engine light on. The service advisor said there was a leak in the air intake ducting, and nearly $2000 later I picked up the car. On the drive home, the check engine light came back on. I called the shop, the service advisor I talked to was appropriately apologetic, and said bring the car back and we'll make it right, you shouldn't have to pay again. I dropped off the car, they replaced another part, and they charged me again. When I said the guy on the phone told me I wouldn't be charged, the conversation got heated. When I asked what happens if the light came on again, the "service manager" threatened he would fire the mechanic. Oh, and I had to remind them to apply the coupon which had conveniently gotten "lost".
