I seem to have reoccurring issues when bringing my car to repair. Apparently I received a coolant flush however coolant is discolored and filled way too high in reservoir. I tried going back for an explanation and got a response stating I have a leak so that was the reason ultimately for those discoloration and filling too high.Thankfully Melissa contacted me after my service with the shop to help find a resolution in getting my car fixed in her best interest for my vehicle. Updating my review slightly thanks to her help.

The car steering is much tighter and the grinding noise when turning is gone. Thanks for being prompt and minimizing my time in a hotel since I was from out of state.
