I had a pretty drama free visit today with Romay's. I was able to bring in my car for an alignment at 4 (without an appointment) and still be outta there in less than an hour. Great service and a fair price. I'll probably be back for more work.

Super professional crew and with great customer service. Had them do a Pre-Purchase Inspection, and they provided a printed product that provide a COMPLETE assessment of my vehicles condition with top concerns, helping me plan my path forward to keeping my truck in prime condition. The shuttle service is a BIG enabler, allowing me, when it's a one day job, to get to work and back to pick it up. Taylor, Melissa, and all the team a phenomenal. If I could give Romay's 10 stars, I would.

Zachary was very helpful in getting my truck repaired and always got me updates when they came up

I know the receive rave reviews, but that was not my experience. I had to call them to get updates on the car, they didn't call me. Also, the repairs were not completed when promised. Disappointing that I had to bug them to get updates.
