They were professional in their interactions but the services I needed done were quoted at $3,200+ and when calling two other shops for price comparison they could do the exact same thing for half the price.

Unbelievable service! Brought the car in and they took it in right away. Fixed the splash shield and offered a free courtesy inspection of the vehicle. Waiting room was clean, comfortable and had free bottled water and coffee. Bathroom was also squeaky clean. Just an overall great experience and will be coming back again for anything else for my Lexus. I found the shop here on Google and see why they are one of the top rated shops in CC.

I’m glad I chose Romay’s Auto Service . This was the first time taking my car to a local repair shop, I normally do my own vehicle repairs , however replacing the water pump and timing chain on my 2014 Ford Explorer was more than I wanted to try and do myself. Art at the front desk was very courteous and professional, giving me updates on my vehicle progress. I will definitely use Romay’s Auto Service again, … if I have too.

Great service and staff! Have taken our vehicle here multiple times always happy with the work that’s been done and always have positive experience with the staff.
