Melissa was very polite and helpful. The technician did a great job on recharging my ac, i have a hybrid but the technician was easily able to work with my car. . It is still running nice and cool! They were attentive at inspecting and follow through with other repairs i need to have. I will be returning soon to have further work done. Excellent company, I do recommend Romays for car service.

Zachary was very helpful and I felt like I could trust him to tell me what was wrong with my car. Very friendly service from everyone else as well that was in the office. The work was done quickly and I felt well informed throughout the whole process.

I remember what lady helped me but she was not very helpful at the end when I picked up my car I kept trying to ask about the inspection they made on my car it seems like she was too busy putting batteries in a box and I left very unsatisfied with my my questions not being answered.

Second time choosing to bring my vehicle here (first was my AC, second was to run a diagnostic on my car for it leaving me stranded) The service here is always professional, fast and friendly. I love how they communicate with you and send you all the information with pictures of your car. Checkout and payment definitely made easy.

Taylor is the man! He listened to my problem, told me I could come in and have him look at it. He took even less than time than he mentioned all while explaining everything in great detail and in a way I was able to understand. Overall great service!
