A tire valve stem on my car broke and I barely got my car home. I took it to Romay's and they instantly helped me out. Even though they were busy, they got me in and out in under 30mins. Super great service, and helpful people! I'll definitely be going there from now on!

The gentleman at the counter were very professional. They provided excellent customer service as well as information regarding my vehicle without any surprise extra costs. If there are any troubles with my vehicles I will not hesitate to use this place of business again.

Oh, Romay’s, Romay’s, Romay’s!? Where do I start? If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The friendliest service, very thorough with their work, and a fairly quick turnaround. I would go as far as to say that Romay’s Automotive and Italian cuisine, is the Disneyland of automotive repair. Mike and Taylor Swift took care of me in a swift manor. My car is running in tiptop. I took my 2010 car to Romay's after hearing A Noise. I Spoke to Taylor which was friendly & kept me informed. Pictures was Taken of my car showing details needed. Now my car is fixed...& the noise is gone. Thanks to Taylor & Staff.

Taylor was helpful getting me in the shop after a failed alternator had left me stranded on the roadside. Coordination with the tow company was efficient and easy. I appreciated the courtesy ride back to my place while my truck was in the shop as well. The auto-maintenance software sent via a link to my phone that displayed the status of the various components of my vehicle was a much-appreciated bonus. Thank you for getting that alternator replaced, and I will be seeing you if anything else wears out on me!
