Mike and Andy got my ac on my sons 2001 jeep working great thanks to them and all the staff at Romay’s great job guys.

The service was great and the response was prompt. I appreciate their honest evaluation and suggestions. And, I really liked that they proposed the most inexpensive option as our first step to troubleshooting my A/C issues. Thanks!

I was on an extensive road trip and passing through Texas from Utah. My Chevrolet Truck developed a problem and I initially took it to the local dealer in Corpus Christi. They would not even LOOK at it for 3-5 day. I called Romay’s and they were not only able to look at it, but fix it the same day. They were kind, efficient and clean, with a great rate for services. While I don’t always break down in Texas, when I do, I go to Romay’s

Fantastic job repairing a 16 year old car, and getting it running again. Great job finding the replacement parts that were needed to get the vehicle fixed right.

I went in to Romany’s to get a second opinion on a bad battery diagnosis and get my alternator and starter tested as well. I asked Taylor if he could run a diagnosis to see if any codes popped up and he was more than happy to assist me. He literally was super sweet and helpful from start to finish. Any future repairs I may have I’m going there solely based off his amazing customer service. I’ll also refer anyone who needs a recommendation. Because of him I found out I in fact did need a new battery and it was still under warranty. Thanks again Taylor!

Had to have the car towed in and they provided excellent service and kept me informed from start to finish!

During the road test being conducted post alignment by one of their technicians, one of the overflow coolant hose connectors miraculously failed and started leaking. The broken part ended up being a 90 degree tempered plastic part that costs less than $40(for the genuine replacement part). While they applied a temporary fix, they did refuse multiple times to make it right and replace the part at no cost(since this occurred while one of their technicians drove my vehicle). Then they quoted me $361 to replace a $40 part that takes less than 10 minutes to replace. Needless to say, go elsewhere for repairs/diagnostic work. Way overpriced and made all of their repair/maintenance recommendations sound as if I it needed fixed or replaced right now......Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Absolutely excellent service! I had a screw in my tire after work, and no other shop would make the time to help me out. I stopped by Romay’s, at the end of their work day, and they still made the time to help me out! I will definitely be returning should I need anything else! Top notch service!
