Called ahead about an intermittent electrical issue, and was told they’d offer a diagnostic guarantee - meaning I would only be charged if the work actually fixed the issue (or that if it didn’t, they would continue to try to fix it at no additional cost). Instead, without offering any sort of guarantee, they tried to charge me $1000+ to replace a $300 part ($300 new, $30 used) that I switched out myself in 20 minutes. Even if I paid that exorbitant price, I would still be SOL if the issue wasn’t resolved (I had already replaced the part twice, as I told them, and was doubtful it was the issue). Lied to me, and tried to grossly overcharge me. Only reason I’m not rating one star is because they didn’t charge me their $160 diagnostic fee when I came to reclaim my car, and because they gave me a ride back to my apartment when I initially dropped the car off. Good on them for that, but I would not recommend anybody who cares about their wallet or car to go here.
