Overall 4 stars. Price is think was a little high. My bill was $2500 for replacement a line and compressor on my ac. The line was replaced and then I had to wait longer because then the compressor was changed separately. This caused additional labor hours. I mentioned at drop off that the compressor was most likely bad. I have automotive experience, just not the tools right now. I feel that even with a small leak the compressor should have been diagnosed on the initial evaluation saving me about 5hrs of labor. The customer service was great and level of communication was great. The work was guaranteed for 3yrs/36k miles, which i didn't expect. The quality of work was great as well. Would have been 5 stars if troubleshooting completely in the beginning. I would definitely recommend this shop without hesitation to family and friends

I came in about two hours before closing to have my 2015 BMW 328i battery registered. At first, they weren’t sure there would be enough time, but after checking, they were able to fit me in. To my surprise, they even performed the battery registration free of charge. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help, especially so close to closing time. Highly recommend!

While it did take only a couple of days to diagnose and give me back my car,I did get it back in a timely manner and they did have a mishap on my phone number and updating me on my car,my car came back much better,maybe a bit more on the front end on confirming names and numbers

I was visiting from California a long way from home when I was in need of a mechanic shop to tie up a mud guard beneath my car. The staff at Romay's are very friendly helped me quickly fix it up. I was impressed with their professional approach. I offered to pay for their time but he insisted " Don't worry about it" man thanks guys you guys are Awesome!!

My 2024 Infiniti QX50 had a splash shield dragging underneath the car. Romays looked at it immediately, fixed it in about 10 minutes, and didnt charge me anything. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them!
