Zach was very professional and on point with the diagnosis of my vehicle. I thought that there was as issue with the brake caliper sticking that was creating a burn smell. After his tech did a thorough inspection it turned out to be my Axle bearings going bad and burning up. Thank you Zach for getting to the root of the cause and repairing my vehicle.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I originally came in for one issue, and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was completely taken care of. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary drinks and coffee, and they even offer a convenient shuttle service so you can get home and relax while your vehicle is being serviced. A special thank you to Art, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and made the entire experience so easy and stress free. When I got my car back, it genuinely felt like a brand new vehicle. Most importantly, I left feeling safer and with so much more peace of mind knowing my car was properly taken care of and ready for the road. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares about its customers and provides top-notch service from start to finish, I highly recommend giving them a try. Whether you need routine maintenance or have an issue with your vehicle, this is definitely the place I’ll be coming back to 👍.

I had taken my Jeep to another shop for an overheating issue. They replaced the fan along with the thermostat and housing. Two days later I had the same issue. I took it back to the ship. They stated they couldn't recreate the issue and suggested I take a picture of dashboard and bring it back when it happened again. Friday it happens again, I take a picture and called. They told me to bring in on Tuesday because their mechanic wouldn't be in until then. I took it back on Tuesday. They call a few hours later and state they have it fixed. Two days later it happens again... I found Romays had exceptional reviews on line. As I walked in I was greeted by Joey ( Service Advisor). He explained to me the diagnostic cost and adk if I need a ride some where because that had a shuttle that could take me. Got an explanation of the problem with a quote less than hour later. Before the end of the day Joey was calling me to let me know the Jerp was repaired and ready to go. Everything had been running smoothly since. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Ask for Joey! He was amazing with all my questions and concerns.
