Romays was quick to find the problem with my 2016 Chev. Impala. They explained that it was the alternator and on the second day my car was fixed! This was the best, fastest service I've ever had on any vehicle I've owned. Even better than auto nation Ford or Honda! Those old big time car dealership service shops just don't care about me, my auto and punctuality. When we went to go pick up the vehicle at Romay's, Freddy and the guys were very polite to us and offered us something to drink. It was like "these fellows are so polite, courteous and honest!" The owner ,Freddy went as far as to check my key fob which wasn't working and put new batteries in it. He gave us a great deal to fix the Impala. I would recommend Romay's Auto Repair to anyone that feels like they are ignored or are skeptical when they go to an Auto shop. Romays is not just another auto repair shop . They care, there compassionate and will go the extra mile for!They are the best!

Took my mother’s car to have a sensor issue resolved. The issue was resolved and it wound up not costing anything. The honesty blows me away. They have a customer for life.

I took my daughter’s Nissan Murano in for some AC work. They had to remove the entire dashboard to replace the AC evap unit. The car is back and everything is working great. Thank you Romays

Don't go here. I had my alternator replaced a while back with warranty. It recently failed on me I called to see how they go about it. They magically couldn't find info on our truck ever being there for repairs. They wanted a old number I had and couldn't remember they looked thru vin and license plate and no dice. They had me trying to jump over hoops, so I took the L bought a new alternator and replaced myself. Don't waste your time or money.

Romay a was very very helpful and informative. Workers are super nice and friendly I am definitely going back in the future for any vehicle issues I may have with any of my other vehicles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE FOR YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS!!!
