Romay's has solid service and Mike would always make sure I was updated regarding progress made on my cars issue (intermittent battery light). I had to go back to the shop a second time due to the issue reappearing. But they uncovered the real issue after they found out the dealership never informed me about a maintenance bulletin for the battery. Under their warranty I didn't have to pay any extra service costs which was appreciated. Problem has been fixed, Mike and the Romay team went above and beyond and did Subaru's job for them.
