My first time using Romay’s auto service and all I can say is Wow, just Wow! The customer service here is top tier! I feel like I’ve gone back in time when customer service was #1 priority. I believe I’ve found my new home for all my auto needs. Work was done in a timely manner.

I have been here 3 times in the last three years; 1) for my radio screen messing up, 2) my auto start/stop not working, 3) auto start/stop not working again (separate issue). Each time the employees have been pleasant with me and not pushy on what I need to do. I have a warranty plan that they accept and it’s been a VERY smooth process from drop off to pick up. They do all the heavy lifting, making it less of a burden for me to fix my car. They even put little smell good strips in my car before I pick it up. Nice small touch, makes all the difference!
