We were without one of our vehicles for nearly two months. Paying mechanics on the side, letting them order the parts or us ordering the parts. After $1300 in parts and useless labor we took our 2018 dodge charger to Romays. They basically told us the parts that had been installed were defective& also probably broken by the previous mechanic. They had the car ready that same day!!!! They also offer payment plans. They kept us in the loop the entire time and were extremely friendly. Definitely plan on continuing to come here in the future. They also have a 3 year warranty on the parts installed.

Professional & made arrangements for a ride to nearby motel. Checked my car & made recommendations for future repairs. Sadly, my car made the same scraping noise before I left Corpus. Since they said it was safe to drive, I made it safely home, but had no AC!! 2 hours at 100-98 degrees all the way to Harlingen!! Thank you for your kindness, & especially to Mr. Ortiz!! Pat Crunk

Outstanding hardly covers it. Had to leave my truck over the weekend, they drove me 25 miles, each way with a smile and a huge thank you. Great price, warm reception, big smiles and pure professionalism. Excellent service and great quality.

The folks here are amazing. Just had my first experience with them for an oil change and I couldn't be happier. As I have an older car I intend to keep running for as long as possible, I was also given estimates for various different maintenance items that need to be addressed, most of which I was aware of, and I was pleasantly surprised with the estimate prices. I will definitely be back to start knocking the items off the list.

I had asked for an estimate, and with previous work done on it, they agreed, took same day service at about 8am, replaced the water pump assembly and it feels like a new truck. The bearing was making a noise, not anymore! Thanks again Romay’s Auto Service!!!
