Took my car in for annual maintenance and was met by very friendly employees. Took the car in at 11 am and was surprised that work was done by 3:20 pm. Extremely happy with the professionalism of all involved. This includes more Ortiz, the driver who took me home and then picked me up to get my car back.

Quoted me an honest & reasonable price and provided excellent service all the way. Was very impressed with cleanliness of their shop. So clean, it smelled like a doctor’s office. HAHA!! Nice work guys!

My repair experience at Romay’s was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repair was timely and they did what they said they would do. I particularly like Romay’s attitude towards preventative maintenance. Taking care of small problems before they get bigger. Their prices appear premium but u get what u pay for. Nowadays you might not get that! Overall I give Romay’s 4 stars because you can always do better.

Romay's treated my family well. We had a vehicle break down & Romay's was the shop I chose for the repair. A few months later the part failed & I took it back to the shop. They took complete responsibility for the part failure & replaced the part for free. I will always go to Romay's knowing that they are trustworthy. Thank you Romay's, for being an honest shop!

Great service

It was a Friday and short notice. I handled everything over the phone and my daughter took her car in for a brake job herself. They had it looked at immediately and gave me a diagnosis and quote shortly after and confirmed they could get all the parts before I agreed to are start. They had it out that day and all is good. I would recommend Romays to anyone
