Romay's agreed to work on my van minutes after it started overheating. They provided pictures, explanations, and cost breakdown for the work that needed done, as well as recommendations of things that they thought might need a second look (but these were just recommendations. They didn't try to tell me it HAD to be done.) They had my van back up and working and even provided a way for after hours pick up! Thank you Romay's!

I have to say that Romay's has the best customer service and kept me informed throughout the process of my vehicle. They were not able to repair my vehicle as it turned out to be a major problem, but did refer me to the dealer.

Honest and reasonable cost for repairs to foreign vehicles. I like the fact that the staff are pretty much the same faces each time you visit - it shows that the staff are looked after and it shows in terms of the job that they do, with professional and honest service being their trademark. Nice place also to relax while the work is being done, with clean restroom and coffee and hot chocolate available. Please get some tea pods for the Kurig though, as not everyone drinks coffee and hot chocolate!! Also if you want to wait and you're not into contemporary Christian music, bring some headphones!
