I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism from the Romay's team. Paul kept me informed daily, if not twice daily, with the progress of the services required for my daughter's mini copper. I would definitely recommend Romay's to anyone that needs repairs or preventative maintenance on their vehicle.

I had issues with my truck and was informed by another auto repair shop that my transmission was in need of a $7000 repair, so I called Romay’s and asked for a second opinion because this auto shop has done a wonderful, truthful job repairing both my vehicle in the past. They did a thorough inspection of my truck and it was not my transmission but other issues with my truck, thank God seriously for these mechanics, not only did they save me loads of money, they save my sanity and repaired truck which has been working perfectly. I just want to say Thank You guys for being wonderful mechanics.

I wrote a review a few days ago that is inaccurate. I made the statement the fuel pump pigtail was not installed correctly by the Tech. After looking a little closer at the pigtail install, the Tech did in fact install the pigtail correctly. I apologize for the inaccurate review.

Romays got my pickup running again. They diagnosed and trouble shot the problem and got it running. Inspected the whole truck and we agreed to fix the other most important issue an oil leak. They fixed that too and got me back into my truck. I believe the repair cost was reasonable for the repairs. Thanks to all.

Needed a passenger window repair. Got parts promptly, repaired window promptly upon receiving required parts from Houston. Provided very nice shuttle service to my home when I dropped car off at their facility.
