I went to Romay’s because they were in my network of facilities that will perform repairs while my car is still under warranty. It turned out that I actually have to go to the dealership for the specific repair I needed done, but the entire time I was there the whole staff was very kind and kept me updated on everything that was happening. While I didn’t end up getting any services done with them this time, I will definitely be back in the future and will certainly suggest them to anyone looking for technicians that not only provide care for vehicles, but care for their customers as well.
