I went to Romay’s because they were in my network of facilities that will perform repairs while my car is still under warranty. It turned out that I actually have to go to the dealership for the specific repair I needed done, but the entire time I was there the whole staff was very kind and kept me updated on everything that was happening. While I didn’t end up getting any services done with them this time, I will definitely be back in the future and will certainly suggest them to anyone looking for technicians that not only provide care for vehicles, but care for their customers as well.

Good timely service and very competitive pricing

Misdiagnosed the repair that was needed. Shop went above and beyond to right the issue. The staff is so unbelievably friendly and they really make a connection to entice customers to want to come back again and again. What started out as not a very happy experience, ended with a smile on my face. My vehicle was running top notch also. A day later a friend had a vehicle issue, we immediately called them; AGAIN, the shop performed quickly leaving another happy customer.

I went to Romay’s as a walk in for service..I could not have asked for better service..They were professional yet personable..I would recommend Romay’s and definitely would return to them for any of my service needs.

Best and honest staff

Had a problem with my volkswagen golf epc, engine light on and the volkswagen dealership said it would take three days to fix, Romays found the problem and fix in three hours, so thankful to Ray and Mechanic Robert for quickly fixing my problem.
