I took my vehicle to get it serviced due to another shop mistake which left my vehicle clunking extremely bad after being serviced at their shop. Then I took it to Romays shop the next day and the gentlemen at the first desk understood my issue and was able to get my vehicle in and get seen the same day and corrected the problem by the end of the same day. I’ve never been to Romays and I must say I was completely satisfied with the service I received there.!

The crew at Romay’s Auto were top notch. From the time I came by when the shop opened to me coming back to pick up my car at close Taylor and everyone I dealt with were very professional. They were kind enough to give me a ride to work and they kept me posted the whole day. Very transparent team and made sure I knew what was wrong with the car. Thanks to Romay’s Auto for fixing an existing issue that prevented future ones.
