Today was one of the worst days I’ve had in a really long time. I’m from VA and moved here two months ago. My brake lights were out so I went to autozone where the guy told me I had to replace the stoplight switch which then threw my car into chaos! I wasn’t able to move. It was terrifying. I don’t have my dad/brothers/ex husband who I normally turn to in this situation. The tow man told me Romay’s is the only shop he’d trust to work on his car and it’s where he drops most of his tows. The gentleman who helped me reminded my so much of my dad, he made me feel like everything was gonna be okay. I asked his name but through all the emotions of the day I forgot it. (Salt & pepper hair, glasses, service writer or manager is my guess) He didn’t hesitate to help me! He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Mark was the mechanic who took time out of his busy day and got my car running like normal. They even put in new brake lights and charged me nothing! The genuine kindness and help I received from Romay’s today, has made this shop my home base from here on out. I highly recommend! HIGHLY! Thank you gentleman for everything you did for me today. You’ll never know how grateful I am.

Helpful and friendly staff, got my oil change done no problem and even did a quick car inspection to let me know what I needed to take care of in the near future. Recommended several great local places to eat and visit while in the area when I picked up my vehicle when they finished up with it.
