Romays got my pickup running again. They diagnosed and trouble shot the problem and got it running. Inspected the whole truck and we agreed to fix the other most important issue an oil leak. They fixed that too and got me back into my truck. I believe the repair cost was reasonable for the repairs. Thanks to all.

Needed a passenger window repair. Got parts promptly, repaired window promptly upon receiving required parts from Houston. Provided very nice shuttle service to my home when I dropped car off at their facility.

Romay’s hooked us up when the other local places couldn’t. We had one shop suggest that we drive hours north to San Antonio for the replacement of our brakes because they couldn’t get a certain part down here… luckily we called Romay’s instead and saved our time and money. Also they have a shuttle service which I thought was awesome: super convenient and just another way to show that they care about their customers. The inside/reception area of the shop is very clean, and every employee I interacted with was friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

Kelton kept me informed the whole time he was polite considerate and patient . I am totally pleased with Romays they are the best . A plus is they have a shuttle service and the drivers are great ,they are friendly and safe drivers , my total experience was great thanks to all of these people

Amazing quick service. Had taken my vehicle to other shops and no one was able to help me. Within a few hrs Romays auto service going the problem and was able to get on it right away. Really impressed with their service!

Even with them having different car appointments all week, they were able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle and get it fix within a couple days. I definitely highly recommend this company for anyone with car problems.
